Most of us live in the amount of excessive guilt or innocence, the majority of which, we own and we do not need or deserve it. Then we learn to deal with guilt eating. This has resulted in the terrible conflict, especially when trying to lose weight. Vicious circle of guilt - to eat - so that you can eat guilt over your entire life.
